RilaCam: Retro Digital Cam

Make today look like a memory. RilaCam turns your iPhone into a pocket retro digital camera. Capture the cool shadows of a CCD, the soft edges of an early digital camera, or the scan lines and color drift of VHS for walks, friends, trips, and everything between. PRINTER Tap PRINTER, pick a photo from your library, choose a filter and how strong it should be, then press the shutter. The print slides out and is saved as a new photo; the original stays as it was. Date stamps use the day the photo was taken. You don't need a physical printer. WHITE FRAMES Turn on the frame to give new photos and prints a white border: square, portrait, or landscape, without cropping the picture. You can have the place and shooting info written by hand on the bottom edge. MANUAL CONTROLS Use the shutter dial (1/4000 to 1/30 s by lens; photos down to 1 s), exposure compensation in 1/3 steps, and a 3, 10, or 30-second self-timer. Double-tap the dial for auto. CHOOSE A LOOK BEFORE YOU SHOOT Preview filters live while you frame a photo or video, then adjust the intensity you want. RilaCam remembers the intensity for each filter, so your setup is ready the next time you open the camera. Star the filters you use most and they come first when you swipe the viewfinder. PHOTOS AND VIDEO WITH RETRO CHARACTER Take still photos or record moments with microphone audio. Apply filters, grain, and date stamps to both photos and video. KEEP THE DATE AND THE PLACE Choose a CCD dot-matrix, quartz date back, soft film, or VHS tape stamp, then adjust its position and size. You can also set a custom date, or add focal length, aperture, shutter speed, and ISO to photos. Optional place names and location data can add a clue to a trip; place names need network access and location permission. MAKE THE CAMERA YOURS Choose Titanium CCD, Midnight Digital, Classic 35, Field Camera, or Brass Rangefinder, then use composition guides, front and rear cameras, and the zoom controls your device supports. On supported hardware with iOS 18 or later, Camera Control can adjust zoom and exposure.
