Betfair - Online Betting App

As Australia's only online betting exchange - and the biggest in the world - we offer unique ways to bet. You can back, lay and trade on Betfair. Access all the racing and sports markets you want. You're not just getting access to better odds; you're joining a community of passionate punters. Tips, strategies, market insights, and informed punting with the ability to bet your own way - that's the Betfair difference, whether you're into the races, the footy, or anything in between. Bet on AFL, NRL, NBA, NFL, Cricket, Soccer, Tennis and many more sports, as well as horse, greyhound and harness racing from all over Australia and around the world. Betfair offers an array of features that can't be found on other betting apps. Because we're a betting exchange and not a bookmaker, our sport and racing markets have no built-in margin. This means that you can find better odds when comparing with the bookies. Or you can take the Betfair Starting Price on racing selections for a fair market price that's often better than Best Tote. Betfair is on your side, because if you win, we win! LAY BETTING is another feature that is unique to Betfair. A lay bet is when you bet on an outcome not to win. Don’t think the favourite in a horse race will win? Lay it instead and your bet gets up if anyone but the favourite wins. This unique way of betting allows you to be more strategic with the bets you are placing. Another benefit of using the Betfair app is that you are betting against other punters, which means that you SET THE ODDS, not us. You can play the role of the bookie and put up any odds you want on a variety of sports/racing markets and if your price gets matched, then the bet is on. Or you can take best price that other punters have offered and get on to your selection instantly. Having the ability to place back and lay bets on the Betfair app allows you to also TRADE. The aim of trading on Betfair is to make a profit by backing and laying at different odds and times. An example would be to back something at high odds, waiting for the odds to change, and then laying at low odds (or vice versa) meaning you can potentially lock in a profit regardless of the outcome. The Betfair App also has a multitude of tools that help you make informed selections. EXPERT TIPS in the app allow you to easily see who our expert tipsters are choosing to back or lay in the market you’re viewing. Our PREDICTION MODELS give you a rated price for racing markets so you can see if we think the current odds for a runner is overvalued or undervalued. You can also see where the late money is going with our MARKET FIRMER AND DRIFTERS feature which highlights if a runner’s price is shortening or drifting close to the jump. Betfair IN-PLAY feature means you can bet on all thoroughbred and selected harness racing from the jump, right up to the winning post. You can track the odds on the Exchange live, while you watch the race and look for opportunities to bet mid race where you see an advantage. GAMBLE RESPONSIBLY on the Betfair App. With deposit and loss limits, time out and self-exclusion options and support services available, Betfair wants to ensure that you enjoy wagering in moderation, as a form of entertainment, in a safe and secure environment. Download the Betfair App to get more flexibility and control over the way you bet. Imagine what you could be buying instead.
