TVM:Financial Planning Toolkit

Time Value TVM Calculator App is a focused time value of money calculator for people who want quick answers without rebuilding the same scenario over and over. Use it as a TVM calculator, loan payment calculator, mortgage refinance calculator, present value calculator, future value calculator, debt payoff planner, savings goal calculator, retirement planning tool, or college fund calculator. It keeps the math practical, the layout clear, and the records on device. The app is built for real scenarios, not generic note taking. - Start from preset scenarios like Loan Payment, Mortgage Refi, Car Loan, Future Investment, Debt Payoff, Retirement Income, Savings Goal, College Fund, Emergency Fund, or a blank Custom TVM record. - Solve for present value, future value, payment, time, or interest rate in one place. - Enter PV, FV, PMT, time, and rate, then choose monthly or annual values plus End or Beg timing. - See a labeled result that fits the scenario, such as Monthly Payment, Total Paid, Interest, Monthly Withdrawal, Savings Goal, or Future Value. - Save scenarios and compare them later from the Home screen instead of starting from scratch every time. - Duplicate, share, reset, or randomize a scenario when you want to test another assumption fast. - Search saved records by name, target, values, or date so the right scenario is easy to find. - Use the iPad split view to keep the list and detail visible together. - Stay comfortable on iPhone with a compact layout that still keeps the important inputs close together. It also works well as a private finance notebook. - Records stay on the device in sqlite, so there is no account to create and no sign-in flow to slow you down. - The app is local first and privacy oriented, which makes it a good fit for personal finance planning. - Toast banners confirm saves, shares, imports, exports, and other actions without blocking the workflow. - Built-in help explains the Home screen, TVM detail view, spreadsheet, stats, and import/export flow. - The interface keeps the numbers and controls in view, which makes it easier to check a loan payment, compare a refinance, or adjust a savings goal on the fly. The spreadsheet view gives power users a clean way to scan larger sets of data. - See every stored database field in one spreadsheet-style layout. - Sort by any column, then switch to the next order or clear the sort when you want to start fresh. - Use the row-number column to keep your place while scanning a long list. - Browse records in 250-row pages so larger sets stay responsive. - Open a scenario straight from the table when you want to jump back into the detail screen. - Use the toolbar help menu when you need a quick reminder about the spreadsheet behavior. The stats screen is useful when you want to compare patterns instead of one-off answers. - Group scenarios by name and review the number of saved records in each group. - Compare averages and totals across repeated TVM scenarios. - Share a stats page when you want to review a set of calculations outside the app. - Search the stats list to narrow down a large collection quickly. Import and export are built for real work, not just backup. - Export TVM scenarios to CSV for spreadsheets and desktop workflows. - Export to JSON when you want a structured backup or a cleaner transfer format. - Import CSV or JSON back into the local database without rebuilding every record by hand. - Keep an archive of old scenarios, loan comparisons, or planning worksheets. If you want a time value of money app that feels practical, easy to revisit, and simple to keep organized, Time Value TVM Calculator App gives you a focused TVM calculator, a spreadsheet view, search, stats, and import/export in one place.
