Know your travel. Know your cut. Get back to the job. Pipe Math Pro puts practical plumbing calculations and clear pipe diagrams in your pocket. Enter your measurements, see where they belong on the picture, and read the result in familiar tape-measure fractions. Designed by a plumber for plumbers, with the measurements you need close to the diagram and explanations available when you need them. ONE PURCHASE. ALL THE TOOLS. No ads. No subscriptions. No yearly fees. No in-app purchases. The calculations work offline, with no account required. OFFSETS: 22½°, 45° AND 60° • Calculate travel from spread. • Enter the fitting allowance and choose one or two deductions. • See spread, travel, fitting allowances and finished cut length on the pipe. • Read travel and cut pipe as separate results. ROLLING OFFSETS • Enter horizontal and vertical offsets. • Calculate true offset, travel and cut length. • Follow a 3-D pipe diagram showing each measurement. • Choose 22½°, 45° or 60° fittings. SPREAD ALLOWANCE • Keep parallel offset runs equally spaced. • Enter the first pipe cut, spacing and number of pipes. • Calculate the next pipe lengths with fitting allowances. • Work with 22½°, 45° and 60° offsets. PIPE SLOPE • Calculate rise over the pipe run. • Choose 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or 5/8 inch per foot, or use the percentage wheel. • See the high-end rise above level ground. PLUMBING QUICK MATH • Pipe volume per foot, total volume and water weight. • Tank capacity and partial fill for rectangular, vertical cylinder and horizontal cylinder tanks. • Water weight, including an empty pipe or tank's weight. • Water head and pressure: feet, PSI and kPa. • Pipe pressure loss with optional elevation and fittings inputs. • Flow and velocity, in either direction. • Fill or drain time, or the flow needed for a chosen time. • Measurement diagrams, input guidance and formulas. CONVERSIONS THAT FIT THE WAY YOU WORK • Feet and inches to metres, centimetres, or metres plus centimetres. • Reverse the direction in a tap. • Litres, Imperial gallons and US liquid gallons, clearly labelled. • Decimal inches to tape-measure fractions. • A basic calculator for everyday arithmetic. Enter decimal inches, fractions or mixed fractions in supported measurement fields. Displayed tape measurements round to the nearest 1/16 inch; calculations retain their underlying precision. Pipe Math Pro is the new version of Pipe Math. If you already own Pipe Math, this update is included with your existing App Store purchase. Use the actual inside dimensions and fitting allowances for your materials. Water pressure-loss results use the Hazen–Williams model and the selected pipe coefficient.
