Notuly: AI Meeting Notetaker

The AI notetaker for every conversation. Discreet in-person, hybrid and online. You talk, Notuly writes the report. Within ten minutes your meeting report is in your inbox, with the summary, the decisions and the action points in it. No bot joining in, no laptop in between, no notes to work out later. HOW IT WORKS 1. You start the recording, introduce yourself and put your phone on the table. The recording runs in the background. 2. You focus on the conversation. Notuly listens along and recognises who is speaking, up to 32 speakers. 3. You end the recording and tell Notuly who was speaking. 4. Within ten minutes the report is in everyone's inbox. Notuly recognises what kind of conversation it was and writes the report in the form that fits. So choosing is optional, never required. DUTCH OR ENGLISH Notuly understands more than 90 spoken languages, including several in the same conversation. The report itself comes in Dutch or English. You make that choice per recording, and the whole report and the email are written in that language. WHAT YOU GET The report in your email, with the summary, the decisions and the action points. The transcript as a separate .txt file, if you choose to include it. The report as an editable Word file as well. With a Pro subscription. Speaker recognition for up to 32 speakers. A fixed form for your report: with Pro you choose from the Notuly templates. WHO IT IS FOR Sales and field teams: capture every commitment, and record your visit report on the road. Healthcare: capture client conversations without the distraction. Consultants and advisers: your attention on the client, not on your keyboard. Construction: from the site meeting in the cabin to the inspection on site. Local government, education and non-profit: meetings, committees and project groups. HR: performance reviews, appraisals and exit interviews. And anyone else with conversations: intake meetings, job interviews and coffee catch-ups. WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR CONVERSATION Notuly runs entirely on Dutch infrastructure. All processing runs on Dutch servers, in Amsterdam. Your data never leaves the EU. The audio is deleted within a minute of processing. Your conversations are not used as training data. Once your report has been sent, nothing is left behind: no recording, no transcript, no report. Notuly is a pass-through, not an archive. The archive is yours. Every report sits in your own mailbox, and that is where you can always find it. What's said stays yours. No small print. SUBSCRIPTIONS Starter: three conversations free each month, no payment details needed. Up to 60 minutes per conversation. Pro: unlimited conversations, unlimited recording length, the Word file and the Notuly templates. Try it free for fourteen days. Made in the Netherlands.
