Proof of Life+

Proof of Life+ is a personal safety life alarm for people who want a backup plan if they unexpectedly go silent. The app watches for everyday signs of activity and, if your inactivity window is reached, alerts the trusted contacts you choose. Alerts include your most recent location and your pre-written Rescue Note, so your contacts know where to start, who to call, and what to do next. Proof of Life+ is built for real world situations where a person may not be able to call for help: a sudden medical event, an accident at home, travel trouble, a severe reaction, being stranded, or any urgent situation where time matters. How It Works Proof of Life+ quietly looks for signs that you are active, including: Steps reported through Apple Health, with your permission GPS movement and location based activity from your device When the app sees normal activity, it resets your safety timer. If activity stops for roughly 24 hours, Proof of Life+ begins your planned outreach. Your trusted contacts can receive an urgent safety notification with your last known location and Rescue Note. Your Rescue Note can include practical instructions such as who to call, where you were headed, medical facts, access information, travel plans, door or gate codes, or anything else you want your contacts to know in an emergency. Designed For Real Situations Proof of Life+ can help when silence may mean something is wrong: Medical events: loss of consciousness, stroke, diabetic emergency, severe medication reaction, food poisoning, dehydration, overdose, or other situations where you may be unable to ask for help. Undetected accidents: a fall at home, an unwitnessed car accident, a power outage or elevator issue, or any event where no one immediately knows you need assistance. Travel and adventure: a phone battery dies, a route changes, you are delayed, stuck off-trail, stranded, or last seen in an area with limited service. Personal safety concerns: if you unexpectedly stop communicating, your contacts receive actionable information they can use to check on you or involve authorities. Emergency Contacts Do Not Need the App Your recipients do not need to install Proof of Life+ to receive an alert. They can receive an email notification and access the information you chose to share through a secure web page. If they prefer, they can also install the app. Fast Setup Create your account. Write a concise Rescue Note. Add trusted emergency contacts. Live normally while Proof of Life+ quietly monitors in the background. Your Rescue Note stays private until it is needed. Who Uses Proof of Life+ Proof of Life+ is useful for: Seniors living alone who want a modern “I’m OK” backup. People with medical risks who want trusted contacts alerted sooner. Parents, caregivers, and families who need practical continuity instructions. Solo travelers, hikers, sailors, climbers, and remote workers. Small-business owners who want someone to know what to do if they become unreachable. Anyone who believes important plans should activate automatically when they cannot act for themselves. What Proof of Life+ Is and Is Not Proof of Life+ is a personal safety monitoring app that helps your trusted contacts notice sooner when something may be wrong. It can share location and instructions when your inactivity alarm is reached. Proof of Life+ is not an emergency responder, a monitored alarm service, or a replacement for 911 or local emergency services. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent medical help, call emergency services first. Proof of Life+ is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or monitor medical conditions. It is a proof-of-life wellness monitor, inactivity check, and private instruction delivery system. Give your contacts a head start. Proof of Life, made practical.
