StressIQ

StressIQ — Know Your Body. Master Your Stress StressIQ turns your Apple Watch and iPhone health data into a clear, daily picture of how your body is actually doing — so you can make smarter decisions about your energy, recovery, and wellbeing. Your Daily Stress Score Every morning, StressIQ analyzes your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Resting Heart Rate to give you a simple daily score: Great, Good, Fair, or Poor. No guesswork — just a clear signal of how ready your body is to take on the day. Deep Health Insights, All in One Place StressIQ pulls together the metrics that matter most — sleep duration and quality, active calories, exercise minutes, stand hours, steps, daylight exposure, mindfulness minutes, noise levels, water intake, and caffeine — all beautifully organized on a single dashboard. Sleep Breakdown Tap into your sleep card to see a full breakdown of your Core, Deep, and REM sleep stages, your overnight heart rate, and how close you came to your personal deep sleep goal. 7-Day Trends & Charts The Insights tab gives you a week-long view of your HRV trend, active calories, steps, sleep duration, mindfulness minutes, and ambient noise levels — so you can spot patterns and understand what's actually affecting your stress. AI Health Coach Ask the built-in AI coach anything about your health data. Get personalized explanations, recovery tips, and actionable advice based on your real numbers — not generic advice. Guided Breathing Exercises When your score is low, StressIQ guides you through breathing exercises directly on your iPhone and Apple Watch to help bring your stress response down in minutes. Apple Watch App + Complications Log your health data, check your HRV, run breathing sessions, and view your stress score right from your wrist. Glanceable complications keep your score front and center throughout the day. Log Water & Caffeine Quickly log water intake and caffeine consumption with a single tap. StressIQ writes directly to Apple Health so your data stays in sync across all your apps. Weekly Summary Notifications Get a smart weekly recap delivered to your phone — your average HRV, sleep trends, and top recovery tips for the week ahead. Watch face complication — a new watchOS widget extension showing your stress score as a colored ring gauge, plus rectangular/inline/corner variants. The watch app shares its latest reading via a secure app group, and the complication refreshes every 30 minutes. You'll find "Stress Score" under watch face edit mode. Fizz, the color-changing mascot — a living character on the iPhone dashboard that shifts hue with your stress score, smiles when calm, grimaces when elevated, breathes and blinks. It now delivers the recovery prompts ("Fizz says"). Weekly & monthly trends — the old bar strip is now a proper chart with a Day / Week / Month segmented control, smoothed area graph, average, change vs. the previous period ("6 lower than last week"), and your calmest moment. Backed by 30 days of sample history that now persists across launches. Bio Age — a playful estimated "physiological age" from your HRV, resting heart rate and stress levels, shown as a tile and a dedicated card with a younger/older delta badge and an age stepper to personalize it. Daily debrief — an AI-style written interpretation each day comparing today against your 7-day baseline ("Today averaged 42 — 8 points below baseline, and latest HRV is 12% up"). Fully on-device, deterministic, no network needed. Smart stress nudges — when stress climbs above 65, you get a contextual ping (morning tension check, midday spike, unwind time). It's opt-in via a toggle, capped at one per 4 hours, and permission is only requested from your explicit tap — consistent with the App Store compliance work we did for HealthKit.
