MyRing - Contraceptive Ring

Welcome to MyRing — the cleanest way to keep your contraceptive ring on track. A focused home screen, smart reminders and a full cycle diary in one place, so you never have to wonder where you are in your cycle. ▶ Always know if you're protected At a glance the home screen tells you whether you're safely covered or whether additional protection is needed. When the ring is inserted late or worn too long, MyRing flags it clearly and shows what to do next — including when emergency contraception or a pregnancy test are recommended. ▶ Reminders that fit your life Set the exact times you want to be reminded about inserting and removing the ring. Pick your own message, let MyRing keep nudging until you confirm, and get a 24-hour heads-up the day before each action if you like. Confirm an action right from your wrist with the Apple Watch app — no need to open the iPhone. ▶ Your cycle, clearly mapped The calendar shows past and upcoming ring days at a glance, with mood, period, notes and appointments overlaid on the matching day. Tap any cycle to fine-tune it: adjust the removal date, the wear time or the pause without losing your history. ▶ Even in the pause week MyRing keeps your diary, period intensity and well-being notes running during the ring-free week — your record stays continuous all month. ▶ Features • Reliable reminders for inserting and removing your ring • Real-time protection status with safety guidance • Apple Watch app — confirm actions from your wrist • Calendar overlay with mood, period, notes and appointments • Diary across the whole cycle including the pause week • Customisable reminder time, message and optional 24-h preview • Editable cycle history — change wear time, pause or dates after the fact • Optional pause-after-N-cycles for extended-use schedules • Personal colour coding for insertion and removal events • 24+ mood and symptom tags, four period intensities • Quick appointment tracking with reminders • Skip the ring break when needed • Encrypted cloud backup of your cycle and diary • Works offline — reminders fire without an internet connection • No ads on Pro Download MyRing and never lose track of your contraceptive ring again.
