About AppHitlist

AppHitlist shows independent developers and small studios which App Store apps already make money. You pick what to build from evidence, not a guess.

What AppHitlist does

AppHitlist tracks apps on the Apple App Store and puts the useful signals side by side. For each app you see a revenue estimate, how it moves on the daily charts, which Meta ads it runs and for how long, and what its 1- and 2-star reviews complain about.

Filter the catalog by genre, release date, rating and ads. Follow competitors. Get an email when an app you watch changes rank or starts a new ad.

Where the data comes from

We save the charts and listings that Apple publishes on the App Store every day. Revenue and download numbers are estimates. Our own algorithm calculates them from those public chart lists and updates them daily.

They are not exact figures, and they can be wrong. The method page has the details.

Who it is for

AppHitlist is made for indie developers and small studios who want store data without an enterprise contract. Use it to decide what to build next, check a competitor or look for gaps in a category.

What AppHitlist does not do

It covers the Apple App Store only, so there is no Google Play data. It does not show exact revenue or ad spend, and it does not read private data from any developer account.

Who is behind AppHitlist

AppHitlist is run by an experienced team. The team builds the product, looks after the data and answers support. There is a sales team too. When you write to hello@apphitlist.com, a person reads it and answers by email.
